Letting Go Of The Labels Game

Learning to let go of the activity of labeling and judgment serves to further us along this path to enlightenment.  In the time that it takes us to attach a judgment or label to a stream of information that we receive, we can decide not to label and to refrain from judgment.  This stops negative emotional attachments from bonding to the information in the first place.  When we simply observe events instead of attaching an emotion to them, we are preventing those events and that information from being deposited into our bodies, minds and chakras.  We are also preventing stress reactions to the emotions that begin to grow as soon as the attachment of the emotion to the information is complete.  In preventing this stress, our bodies become healthier because we are not piling them up with junk, our emotional state is better because we aren’t flooding ourselves with negativity and our chakras are not impacted negatively.  I propose that by learning to consciously remove the emotional component  from any event or information around us, we in essence are prohibiting that event or information from affecting us and we are creating health on all levels of our being.
The biggest difficulty in implementing a non-judgment system within your mind and life is in finding that tiny opportunity between the information and the labeling.  This space is so small, that we really have to look for it and in bigger situations it appears even smaller.  I believe that practicing non-judgment daily on a conscious level will help in this process.  It acts to highlight that tiny space where we can choose non-judgment instead of allowing spontaneous pre-programmed labeling to occur, which then will attach a negative emotion to this information.
The attachment of emotion to information by labeling/judgment  is what binds us to the past.  It is what binds us to pain.  It is what steals our present moment and robs us of the sensation of freedom.  It is also the creative force which perpetuates the manifestation of similar circumstances in our lives, because it follows the Law of Attraction.  The thought portion of the judgment is relatively minute, however; the emotional constituent becomes viral and intrudes and spreads out, entwining itself into a vast number of other associations in our minds and psyches.  This is an important concept to grasp.

Cleansing Past Wounds

Did you know that just about every phobia, fear, and imbalanced perception of the world--or our place in it can be traced back to some point in our childhood?  Thinking about this makes one become acutely aware of innate flaws in thinking, negative self-talk patterns and even destructive patterns often apparent in our adult lives.  If you ever wonder, or get that question stuck in your head--why am I this way?  You can pretty much say it is something that took root in you during your childhood.

Now, please believe that as adults we certainly do have a responsibility to figure out how to correct the wrong thinking and wrong action and destructive patterns in our lives.  It’s not as simple as blaming it on some vague entity we title childhood, or putting a scarlet letter on our parents for poor parenting skills--or even pointing our bony fingers at the vacant spaces in our lives where our parents should have been, but were not.  As adults, we can acknowledge and certainly respectfully become aware within ourselves of where the problem took root in us--but as adults, please believe it is OUR responsibility to right those wrongs today, and uproot the problems--and let’s say, plant a better garden within our minds and bodies.  A cultivated place where good things can grow.
We weren't responsible for the things that happened to us as children, but as adults we ARE responsible for the way we deal with them.  We have two choices, we either choose to learn and grow from the experiences-or we choose to forfeit our personal power and allow the trauma of the past to destroy our lives, moment by moment and thought by thought.  The choice is ours and the blame game isn't an option for healing.  Reconciliation with those parts of your past that were hurtful is the hope for better experiences in the future.
One thing that sometimes helps in releasing trauma which was physical from our childhoods is to reflect on the fact that (1) we are not our bodies; what happens to our bodies we are witnesses to, but not victims of (2) there are no remnants of our childhood physical bodies that haven't been replaced with new cells, which have created a new body in which we dwell in today.  We have the choice whether or not to welcome and give a home to those old injuries and our first step in creating peace within ourselves is to understand that no matter where we are in this moment, God's grace is sufficient and He will lend to us the power we need to let go of every past hurt.  He will cleanse us so that we can begin again, and do so without baggage.

Embracing The Wisdom of The Teachings

We are living in the age of discovery, not only of our ancient ancestry, but of inborn wisdom, long forgotten.  Today, in this moment knowledge is flowing into our creative consciousness, allowing us to see past what is tangible.  We are born to create and manifest.  The secret energies that our creator buried within the constructs of our minds is now coming into the light.  It is now time to awaken to the wisdom that is before us.
This kinetic force of wisdom is seeking to teach us how to use those most intimate parts of ourselves which are created in the image of God in order to create within ourselves what is good, what is right, what is eternal.  We are called into creation so that we may create in our own hearts and lives what is Luminescent and Radiant Love.  We are being called out of an age of dormant resources into the Dawning of New Enlightenment.  God is opening our eyes to what has been long hidden from us.  It is now our responsibility to reach out and take hold of that knowledge and to follow it.  Happiness is alive. Forgiveness is alive.  Peace is alive.  All of these energies are sentient and kinetic.

The Meaning of Peace

The term  peace  has many interconnected meanings.  The most basic principle of peace is a freedom from disturbances and oppressive thoughts and emotions within oneself and within a larger group of individuals.  On a grand scale peace can be defined as a freedom from conflict among all in humankind.  But what if peace is really more than that?  What if the peace we seek is something altogether different from the way we have come to define it?

To illustrate this point I’d like to direct your attention toward a new concept of thought.  Just because we experience a lack of pain does not indicate an experience of pleasure, nor does an absence of hatred indicate love.  A simple absence of anything does not necessarily by default produce the opposite measure.  The absence of disease doesn’t necessarily indicate health.  There are other variables involved in all of these things.

An absence of conflict does not indicate peace.  It indicates a dormancy of conflict.  Peace must be continually generated and produced within ourselves.  We can’t bombard the world with peace simply by refraining from conflict.  There must be an action.  That action begins deep inside. And it begins within our thoughts and the spaces between them.

Life is a level playing field....

If you were to take some time to interview someone whom you view as “lucky” in life--and if you took time to get to know this person and the thoughts that are operating in their minds I believe that you would see that their self-talk may be quite a bit different than yours.  Opportunities come to those who expect opportunity to come to them.  They are living their lives from a place of freedom and healthy expectation instead of fear.
How does this translate into your life and circumstances?  It’s a simple concept that requires some work to achieve.  We must remove old strongholds in our minds and move our thoughts to a higher vibrational level--so that the successes we long to have are vibrating at the same energetic level as the thoughts we are thinking.
Lower energy thoughts, or fear based thoughts vibrate at a much lower level, and so they attract events and circumstances that have the same vibration.  When we raise our vibrational level we will start to attract events and people and circumstances that are on that level, and our outward life will change.

Recognizing the Source of Our Present Moment

Our present moment is colored and lined by choices and events that have transpired in the days and weeks and years before--those early decisions we made created and cultivated the “me” we see in our mirrors today.
If we find ourselves unhappy with our present moment, it is because decisions we made previously were incorrect--but that’s okay, because the beauty in all of this, is that we can take the parts of our present moment that do not serve us, and we can learn to eliminate the thoughts and mindsets that created them--so all of our future present moments can be filled with good things that will better serve us.

Forgiveness & Healing

Forgiveness, as we all know, is the very first step to freedom from anything that entangles, disrupts, destroys or harms us in any way.  For as long as we hold back forgiveness for anything that caused us pain in our lives, we are blocking our own paths to a better life, and we are claiming and experiencing that pain again and again, time after time.  Nobody ever said that forgiveness was an easy thing to do--but is most certainly necessary in order to obtain freedom from the past.  And without freedom, our minds and souls would forever be bound to painful events and we would not be permitted to live our lives as free individuals on any scale.
God did not create us to live in bondage to our pasts.  And He has given us all of the tools to become free wherever we are in this moment, when we accept that it is our responsibility to use those tools and to work through the most difficult parts, instead of using blame, shame and suffering as a catalyst for all of our future failures in this life.

About Kinetic Forgiveness...

Scheduled for Publication in August 2011, this Book has the potential to change lives and minds throughout the world.  We have been taught to forgive from the time we were little, but we have never been taught HOW TO FORGIVE.  God's forgiveness is complete, total and without any memory or fragment remaining from the offense we have comitted against Him.

Did you know that WE have the ability to forgive like GOD?  We do, and in this Book-You will Learn HOW.   Kinetic Forgiveness is a Teaching from Our Father-Our Creator Himself that has now been passed down to us, His children-in order that we may live more bountiful and loving lives.

(excerpt from book) - Forgiveness is not a passive quality as everyone has been conditioned to believe.  It is much more active and involved than just a still recognition that it’s somehow okay that a painful event occurred in your life because of the actions of another individual.
The fluid movement of the mind through the events of our personal ancient histories, which have caused us pain using this metaphysical process called is a powerful tool by which you can reclaim the fertile soil of your subconscious mind and enable it to serve you in your life instead of working against you.
This system of subconscious evolution enables us to use our minds as gateways to places that are in need of Light and Healing.  It allows us to open a window into our heart and soul--healing and releasing the energies of past wounds and past experiences.
Subconscious mindsets are like the neural pathways in the body that carry the specific instructions from our brains to our shoulder, arm and hand, for example, in order for us to complete the action of raising our arm above our head.
The more they are used and reinforced, the stronger that pathway becomes.  The longer our subconscious mind is allowed to operate using the negative mindsets that have been implanted within it, the stronger that mindset will become--and the faster it will react in that negative predictable way.
It becomes so instantaneous, that at first glance, we may actually think that those mindsets are a part of us.  But they are not.  And they were never meant to be.
Just like a flower or vegetable garden, the winds that blow through our lives can leave behind seeds of negativity--and just like weeds spring up in the garden, negative thought patterns begin to spring up in our minds.  And over time, these patterns move from simply making us feel badly to actually drawing in failures, hurts and unhappiness to our lives.
In Kinetic Forgiveness, you will learn how to overcome past failures, forgive yourself and others and cultivate peace in the landscape of your life.  Excerpts and exercises will be provided on this website FREE
